From founding and running a successful catering company to directing operations at renowned retreat centers, Clayton brings a proven track record in strategic planning, food service excellence, and organizational leadership.

Currently serving as the Hospitality and Operations Director at Beersheba Springs Assembly in Tennessee, Clayton oversees day-to-day operations across multiple departments, ensuring smooth facility management, guest satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety standards. His leadership has also shaped the culinary and service experience at Asbury Hills and Ceta Canyon Camp and Retreat Centers, where he introduced efficient systems for menu planning, budgeting, and cost control.
