With over 30years of hands-on experience in hospitality management, Clayton Johnson is a seasoned operations leader with a passion for elevating guest experiences and building high-performance teams. From founding and running a successful catering company to directing operations at renowned retreat centers, Clayton brings a proven track record in strategic planning, food service excellence, and organizational leadership.
Currently serving as the Hospitality and Operations Director at Beersheba Springs Assembly in Tennessee, Clayton oversees day-to-day operations across multiple departments, ensuring smooth facility management, guest satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety standards. His leadership has also shaped the culinary and service experience at Asbury Hills and Ceta Canyon Camp and Retreat Centers, where he introduced efficient systems for menu planning, budgeting, and cost control.
A natural problem-solver and communicator, Clayton consults with organizations seeking to improve their hospitality services, streamline operations, and create memorable guest experiences. His specialties include staff training and development, food safety compliance, operational budgeting, and service design — all rooted in a deep understanding of hospitality as both a business and a ministry.
Clayton holds certifications in Executive Leadership and ServSafe Management and is known for his practical, values-driven approach to consulting and team leadership.
