Our Next Adventure
We are stepping into a new season of faith, family, ministry, and camp life as Travis prepares to serve as the next Camp Director at Pickett Lake Camp in Branford, Florida.
A new chapter for our family.
After three and a half meaningful years serving at Beersheba Springs Assembly, our family is preparing for a new adventure.
This move is filled with a lot of emotions. We are grateful for the people, memories, ministry, and friendships that have shaped us during this season in Tennessee.
Now, we believe God is leading us into a new season of ministry rooted in hospitality, discipleship, family, and the life-changing power of Christian camping.
Why Pickett Lake Camp?
Pickett Lake Camp has a beautiful history of ministry, and we are excited to be part of helping honor that history while preparing for what God has next.
“Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act.” — Psalm 37:5
The mission of Pickett Lake Camp is simple and powerful: Reaching the lost for Christ through Faith, Fellowship, and Adventure in an unforgettable camping experience.
What this next season looks like.
Our heart is to listen, learn, serve, and lead with purpose as we help create a place where campers, families, churches, and guests can encounter Christ.
Honor the History
We want to celebrate the stories, people, and ministry that have made Pickett Lake Camp special for generations.
Reset with Purpose
We will work on safety, hospitality, operations, facilities, and the foundation needed for healthy ministry growth.
Grow into the Future
We are praying for God to grow the camp’s impact through summer camp, retreats, church partnerships, and year-round ministry.
How you can pray.
We would love for you to pray for our family during this transition. Pray for peace in the move, wisdom in leadership, new friendships for our kids, and open doors for ministry at Pickett Lake Camp.
We are stepping forward with open hands, grateful hearts, and a deep belief that God is already ahead of us in this next adventure.
