Clayton Travis & Trina Johnson
Sharing Christ. Strengthening Families. Serving with Purpose.
Clayton Travis and Trina Johnson have been married for 19 years and are the proud parents of Corben, Cannon, and Courtney.
Their ministry is rooted in faith, family, and hospitality, with a deep belief that discipleship often happens most powerfully in everyday moments—especially around the table.
They love helping families slow down, grow together, and rediscover the spiritual impact of gathering, serving, and breaking bread with intention.
Our Story
Clayton Travis has served in non-profit and church settings for over 20 years and brings 30+ years of hospitality experience. His work has centered on creating welcoming, well-run environments where people feel seen, cared for, and free to encounter Christ. Clayton currently serves as the Hospitality Director at a retreat and conference center in Beersheba Springs, Tennessee, overseeing guest experience, operations, and ministry support.
Trina has spent the last 13 years as a stay-at-home mom, intentionally investing in her family during their most formative years. Prior to that season, she worked in both hospitality and medical settings, bringing compassion, attentiveness, and a servant’s heart into every role. Trina also serves on the Grundy County Library Board, representing Beersheba Springs, where she is committed to community involvement and stewardship.
Originally from Lebanon, Tennessee, Clayton and Trina have served churches, camps, and ministries throughout the Southeast. Today, they live in Beersheba Springs, TN, and both faithfully serve at their home church in McMinnville, Tennessee.
What We Believe
We believe hospitality is more than hosting—it’s ministry. Around a table, hearts open, relationships deepen, and faith becomes practical. Breaking bread together creates space for discipleship, encouragement, and lasting family memories.
“Taste and see that the Lord is good.” — Psalm 34:8
